The Construction Manager/General Contractors for the Portland Water Bureau's Bull Run Treatment Program are holding an outreach event for potential subcontractors.

The Portland Water Bureau is planning a new water filtration facility and pipelines that will be key components of a more resilient water system. The filtration facility and pipelines are needed to meet federal and state drinking water regulations and will be in operation by Sept. 30, 2027.

The Construction Manager/General Contractors for the Portland Water Bureau's Bull Run Treatment Program are holding an outreach event for potential subcontractors, including Disadvantaged-, Minority-, Women-, Service Disabled Veteran-owned Business Enterprises, Emerging Small Business contractors and suppliers.

MWH-Kiewit (a joint venture with MWH Constructors and Kiewit) is the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the filtration facility.

Bull Run Conveyance Partners (a joint venture with James W. Fowler Co. and MWH Constructors) is the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the pipelines.
