A series of four community listening sessions – one in each district – are being held to help shape the future of the City of Portland budget. Join your district and share your voice.

Get ready to connect, learn, and make your voice heard.

These in-person gatherings are designed for community members in each district to learn and weigh in on what is most important to you. Some listening sessions will begin with a brief overview of the budget to orient participants to the fiscal year 2026–27 process. Then City Council members will share information, their observations, and remarks about the budget and invite public comment from community members. Encuentre información sobre el evento en español.

Community members are invited to provide year-round written comments related to the City of Portland's budget, these comments will be shared with City Council members and leadership and included in the public record.
