This event has concluded - watch the recorded meeting below
Wednesday, February 11 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Come learn the basics of how the City's budget works—what the budget is, where the money comes from, and how it is spent. We'll walk through what it means to balance a budget, how the budget is developed, and ways you can get involved.
You'll have the chance to explore an interactive budgeting dashboard that shows real-world trade-offs and the choices involved in balancing a budget. This learning session will explain how the budget supports services in Portland and give you an opportunity to share which services matter most to you.
