The ServiceNow Portal is where City Employees can submit items to the BTS ServiceDesk. They are the first level of support for all technical issues and requests. Their goal is to enable the customer through efficient use of technology and to provide the highest level of service possible.
If you have found a lost or stolen technology asset, such as a laptop or cellphone, please report it by calling the Service Desk at 503-823-5199. Technology staff will answer your call during business hours, or you may leave a message, and someone will return your call.
You can also contact the BTS Service Desk to request a current copy of the Technology Standards Catalog or you can email BTS-EA@portlandoregon.gov.
Any other questions or local government service needs within the City or Multnomah County can be addressed by calling 311.
