All the concepts include a new main street on SW Collins St east of Capitol Hwy, redevelopment of the Barbur Transit Center (BTC) and preservation of larger low-cost apartment complexes in area. Highlights include the unique features of each growth concept to show how they are different.

- Residential growth in new multi-dwelling buildings both north and south of Barbur
- A multicultural mixed use hub near the Barbur Transit Center
- Enhanced green streetscapes, including sections of Barbur, Capitol Highway and Luradel
- Improvements to sections of main streets, such as Huber and Taylors Ferry
