River Plan / South Reach Design Guidelines and Standards

Presentation on the design review process and recommendations made by the Design Overlay Zone Amendments project, and the River Plan/South Reach project, for riverfront-related design guidelines and standards; followed by a group discussion on City staff proposed design standards. This proposal will be presented to the Planning and Sustainability Commission on December 17, 2019.
