Out of an abundance of caution in response to the COVID-19 emergency, City Council has delayed voting on amendments for Residential Infill Project to allow more time for Portlanders to submit written testimony in lieu of providing in-person testimony. Council will still hear the amendment package at a future hearing date, which is yet to be rescheduled. In the interim, the record will stay open for written testimony.  Future announcement of the rescheduled hearing date will be posted here. You may also sign up to receive updates via email.

Community members can submit written testimony on the amendments through the interactive map.
