Rose Quarter Sign Code Project

Effective date: March 1, 2025
This project amends the City Sign Code, Title 32, to provide greater sign allowances and flexibility for signs within a mapped designated area called the Rose Quarter Entertainment subdistrict. On Nov. 13, 2024, City Council approved the amendments, which became effective on March 1, 2025.
