Envisioning a Reconnected Albina: Continuing the Conversation

Label: Community event
6:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Portlanders—join us for a continuing conversation to inform the future development vision of Lower Albina as we continue to move forward with the Reconnecting Albina Planning Project (RAPP).

We'll be exploring new and updated concepts for how streets, buildings, open spaces, and connections could look, feel, and evolve to create a vibrant neighborhood that functions as a place for community life, culture, and connection.

This workshop will build off of our Open House event held in December 2025. Learn what residents have said so far about the future of the district and let us know your thoughts on these important opportunities and issues facing Lower Albina.

This event will include general information about the project as well as facilitated discussions on topics such as open space, connectivity, future development opportunities, community history and identity, and more.

Light refreshments will be provided.
