Odor Code Update Project

Effective date: March 1, 2025
The Odor Code Update Project updated the City Code for off-site odor impacts, providing more equitable and flexible rules for retail businesses to operate. On Nov. 13, 2024, City Council adopted the project. The code amendments went into effect on March 1, 2025.
