Deadline extended: Offer feedback on the Affordable Housing Opportunities Project

The City of Portland is seeking public input on the Affordable Housing Opportunities Project (AHOP), a new initiative to expand opportunities for affordable housing development on sites owned by non-profit housing providers and public agencies. Comments are welcome through Tuesday, July 8, 2025.

Proposed Draft released to create new standards for approving public infrastructure projects located in natural areas

The Planning Commission will hold a hearing on July 22nd to review draft proposals to streamline public infrastructure upgrades and improvements in natural areas. The public is encouraged to tune in and participate. Information on how to sign up to testify or submit comments can be found below.
