Exploring future streetcar to Montgomery Park in NW and Hollywood Town Center in NE Portland, and jobs and housing opportunities along the way. Work on the NW area resulted in a Montgomery Park Area Plan (MPAP), which was adopted by City Council on Dec. 11, 2024 and becomes effective June 1, 2025.
