Montgomery Park Area Plan (MPAP) updates
On Dec. 11, 2024, City Council unanimously adopted the Montgomery Park Area Plan, the locally preferred alternative for the streetcar extension, and a public benefits agreement. All MPAP changes become effective on June 1, 2025. Read the announcement.
Exploring future streetcar to Montgomery Park in NW and Hollywood Town Center in NE Portland, and jobs and housing opportunities along the way. Work on the NW area resulted in a Montgomery Park Area Plan (MPAP), which was adopted by City Council on Dec. 11, 2024 and becomes effective June 1, 2025.
