Land Division Code Update

Project
Community and Economic Development
This project changed the zoning code to encourage new housing development, streamline and speed up the residential land division review process, and reduce regulatory barriers and uncertainty, while providing beneficial outcomes for the community. Project adopted and became effective Oct. 1, 2024.
