About the Housing Bonus Alignment Project
The Housing Bonus Alignment Project will propose changes to the zoning code to help increase the production of housing - especially affordable housing, accessible housing, and units with more bedrooms. The project focuses on dense, mixed-use areas outside of the Central City.
