Housing Adjustments Compliance Project

Effective date: Jan. 1, 2025
This project amended Zoning Code, Title 33, to allow more adjustments to development and design standards that were previously prohibited for residential projects, in compliance with State Bill 1537. The code changes were adopted Oct. 30, 2024 and took effect Jan. 1, 2025.
