City Council hearing

The Portland City Council will hear virtual testimony on the Historic Resources Code Project Recommended Draft at 2 p.m. on November 3, 2021. You must register in advance to testify during the hearing. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for joining the virtual hearing. The deadline to sign up for the November 3 hearing is November 2 at 4:00 p.m. Individuals have two minutes to testify, unless stated otherwise at the hearing.
