Part of Central City 2035
A land use plan for the land along the Willamette River in the Central City. This plan was adopted as part of Central City 2035.
Also called the Columbia-Industrial Ezone Project, this project will adjust the location of environmental overlay zones in the Columbia Corridor and other industrial areas to match the locations of streams, wetlands, sloughs, vegetation and wildlife habitat.

Updates floodplain regulations throughout the city to ensure that new development in the floodplain addresses flood risk from a changing climate, does not jeopardize threatened and endangered species, and allows Portlanders to continue to obtain federally backed flood insurance.

Willamette River Greenway Inventory

The Willamette River Greenway Inventory includes data and maps describing land uses, zoning designations, natural resources and historic resources. The inventory does not propose any changes to regulations on properties within the Greenway boundary.
