Floodplain Resilience Plan

Project
Updates regulations to ensure new development in the floodplain addresses flood risk from a changing climate, does not jeopardize threatened and endangered species, and allows Portlanders continued access to federally backed flood insurance. All updated regulations become effective on Oct. 1, 2024.
