In June 2020 staff released the Proposed Draft Ezone Map Correction Project and it was the subject of public testimony in July and February. Since the release, hundreds of people have testified and there have been many follow up site visits. In an effort to consolidate and summarize public input, staff have prepared a table and corresponding maps for each person who has testified or requested a site visit. The materials are available for the public to review.

  3. Each property has a corresponding map reference number.
  4. Once you have found your property and map page numbers, go back to the web page and open the link to the group of maps that includes the map page numbers for the subject property.
  5. Scroll to the page numbers with the maps for your property.

We hope this will help you find information about your property and better understand the project proposal. If you have questions, please feel free to contact project staff

The Ezone Map Correction Project will have additional work sessions with the PSC. Please check the PSC calendar to confirm the dates and times. The public is invited to watch the work sessions on the PSC’s YouTube channel.

About the Project

The Ezone Map Correction Project is correcting the boundaries of the conservation and protection overlay zones to better align with existing streams, wetlands, tree canopy, steep slopes and wildlife habitat. The project started in 2018 with a focus on confirming where the features are located through a series of site visits. Site visits are ongoing through at least fall 2021. To request a site visit, please contact Ezones staff.

The public was invited to testify to the Planning and Sustainability Commission in July 2020 and February 2021. PSC is expected to make a recommendation on the project in July 2021. The recommendation will be forwarded to City Council, who will hold another public hearing. The date has not been set yet for the City Council hearing.
