City Council Package - August 2026

City Council considered two components of this project during a public hearing on Sept. 24 at 2 p.m. City Council will discuss both ordinances during a meeting on Thursday, Oct. 1 at 2 p.m.

1. The Recommended Draft, which represents Planning Commission's recommendation to City Council on zoning code and Comprehensive Plan amendments.
2. The Bulk Fuel Terminal Capacity Reduction Regulations, - or Capacity Reduction Program for short - which proposes a 20% reduction in fuel storage capacity by 2035. This program would be implemented through Title 17 – the Public Improvements Code.
