The draft CEI Hub Policy Project includes a concept to require bulk fuel terminals to make a 20 percent reduction – or drawdown - in their fuel storage capacity by 2036. These regulations would be enacted through the Public Improvements City code, also known as Title 17.
Join project staff at this online information session to ask your questions and learn more about the draft regulations and how to submit comments to staff.
