The Lower SE Rising Area Plan assessed land use and transportation issues in Brentwood-Darlington and portions of Mt Scott-Arleta, Woodstock and Lents. On May 2, 2024, City Council unanimously adopted the plan. The land use map amendments become effective Oct. 1, 2024.
