Affordable Housing Opportunities Project (effective March 27, 2026)
As Adopted Plan - February 2026
On Feb. 25, 2026, Portland City Council voted unanimously to adopt the Affordable Housing Opportunities Project. Thank you to everyone who gave input into this project. The effective date for this project is March 27, 2026.
