City Council voted unanimously to establish a new mixed-use district in Northwest Portland

New land use changes will complement a future extension of the Portland Streetcar.

City Council votes to approve Odor Code amendments

On Nov. 13, Portland City Council unanimously approved updates to the city’s Odor Code giving more flexibility to businesses like restaurants and nail salons, and creating more equitable and transparent enforcement.
