Community Grants 2025 application period is now open!

Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) – This fourth round of funding is allocated for community-led projects and will distribute up to $67 million in grants.

The Community Grants program is the cornerstone of our work at PCEF, supporting planning and implementation projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve climate resiliency in ways that advance economic, social, and climate justice for our under-resourced communities. Apply by May 27.

Digital Skills Building for Native Communities grant opportunity open through April 11

Community Technology This grant aims to support urban Native Americans by providing digital skills training to help close the digital divide, enhance education, and promote professional development. Nonprofit community-based organizations or educational institutions are eligible to apply.

Free income-qualified Home Energy Scores

Climate and Energy – Nearly every home advertised for sale in Portland requires a Home Energy Score (HES) at the time of listing. Home sellers that are at or below 80% of the area median income may be eligible to get their HES for free.
