Parkrose-Argay Neighborhoods: How will your community grow?

News article

Save the date for a community visioning workshop | December 11, 2018; 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Published

Residents of the Parkrose and Argay neighborhoods and others in the area live around a large undeveloped piece of farm land near several schools and parks. The Rossi, Giusto and Garre Farms have been family farms in the community for a century. Now the owners, working with the City of Portland, want to explore options to create something new that will serve their community for the years to come.

The Parkrose-Argay Development Study will explore options to create a more complete and connected neighborhood on the 30-acre site at NE 122nd Avenue and NE Shaver Street. Community members are needed to help determine the future of this valuable piece of land.
