The Portland City Council will hear virtual testimony on potential amendments to the Historic Resources Code Project Recommended Draft at 2 p.m. on December 15, 2021. You must register in advance to testify during the hearingAfter registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for joining the virtual hearing. The deadline to sign up for the December 15 hearing is December 14 at 4:00 p.m.

Individuals have two minutes to testify, unless stated otherwise at the hearing. Only testimony pertaining to the potential amendments will be considered. The list of potential amendments will be published on December 1, 2021.

If you would like to provide written testimony on the potential amendments, please submit it through the MapApp between December 1 and December 15, 2021.
