Commercial Waste System Review: Multifamily, Business, and Construction

Portland’s commercial waste collection system—serving apartments, businesses, construction, and demolition—produces most of the city’s waste. This project will review the system to ensure it provides high-quality, affordable service and advances climate, equity, and service goals.
