Join a one-hour information session to hear City of Portland staff explain what your residential garbage bill pays for and how the City's annual residential waste collection rate review process works.
We will share this year's analysis of the cost of providing waste collection services and explain possible rate changes that would take effect on July 1, 2026. There will be time for questions and suggestions.
