Let us know if a business is out of compliance with the City of Portland's rules related to:

- Styrofoam (polystyrene foam) ban
- Single-use plastics by request requirement
- Recycling requirement
- Compost (food scraps) requirement
- Waste containers left in the right of way
After we receive your report, we will contact the business, help them understand the rule(s), and give them up to 30 days to comply before charging fines.
