Answers to commonly asked questions

Who's my hauler?

Residents: You can look up your garbage and recycling company if you live in a house, duplex, triplex, or fourplex.

Businesses and Apartment buildings choose their garbage company. The City does not assign you a garbage company and does not know who your garbage company is. You can usually find your current garbage company's name and contact information on the side of your garbage containers.

When is my garbage picked up?

Residents: Look up your next garbage day if you live in a house, duplex, triplex, or fourplex. From this page, you can also sign up for free weekly reminders and download a printable calendar customized to your address.

Businesses and Apartments: Your garbage company sets your pick-up schedule. Contact them to ask questions or change your pickup days.
