WINTER WEATHERIZATION WORKSHOP | Low-cost energy saving techniques for renters and homeowners alike. Learn how to save money and energy, stop drafts, and prevent mold. Income-qualified participants will receive a free kit of materials to lower energy costs and stay warmer in their homes during the colder months. Community Energy Project
