In this presentation, Jonathan Simeone the ADA Title II Policy Coordinator for the City of Portland will give you a quick introduction to your rights under Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act. Specifically, you will hear:

  • A general description of the Americans with Disabilities Act
  • Portland’s responsibility to provide you notice of your rights
  • How you can file a complaint
  • Who to contact with questions

There will be plenty of time to ask questions during and after the presentation.
