Are you thinking about buying or selling an occupied rental? This brief overview will cover recent updates to laws that may affect you. Review changes to landlord notification requirements, what happens when a rental agreement expires, and state-wide limits on rent increases. Learn when a landlord is required to pay relocation assistance, review standards for processing applications for a rental unit, learn about new requirements for security deposits.
