Anne Pressentin and Sofia Alvarez-Castro, Public Involvement Consultants, will lead a report out of the emerging themes captured from the October work session.
Presentation (5:20pm)
Barry Manning, Project Manager (Streetcar Expansion Project Manager), will discuss the primary goals and considerations for the proposed Portland Streetcar Expansion.
Shared Learning (5:40pm)
Ryan Curren, Project Manager (SW Corridor Project Manager), will discuss some of the opportunities, challenges and the practical application of an equity lens, when using community grants as an engagement strategy.
Movement Break and Dinner (5:55pm)
Catered by Hot Lips Pizza. Gluten-Free, Vegan and Vegetarian options available.
Work Session (6:00pm)
Committee members will be asked to support the development of a grants-focused outreach strategy around the proposed Streetcar Expansion.
Report Out and Panel Discussion (6:40pm)
Groups will report on their high-level recommendations for an engagement strategy. Guest panelists will ask clarifying questions and make recommendations to the committee and the Project Manager.
