Report a complaint directly to the cable company representatives to inform them of problems you are facing with their services. Reporting through this form allows the city to effectively coordinate and escalate your complaint to the appropriate representatives at your cable service provider.

This service is administered by the Mt. Hood Cable Regulatory Commission (MHCRC). The MHCRC tracks issues and concerns by zip code for reporting purposes.

This form only collects the information needed by the MHCRC to act on your behalf with your service provider. Your personal information will not be shared.

Mount Hood Cable Regulatory Commission does NOT have jurisdiction over CenturyLink or other internet service providers.

If you have been unable to resolve directly with your service provider, complaints about internet service/providers should be directed to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Please submit a report to the FCC online or call them 8 am - 5 pm EST at 1-888-225-5322, Option 4.

To determine the correct contact for a downed-wire or other utility infrastructure concern, please call 311 or 503-823-4000.
