Option 1: Oregon Lifeline Program

Made available through the State for qualifying low-income households.

  • Up to a $19.25/month discount on phone service
  • Up to a $21.25 discount on your high-speed internet service
  • Free cell phone and data service 

Option 2: Comcast Internet Essentials

An affordable, high-speed internet option made available by Comcast. There are two service levels:

  1. Internet Essentials at $14.95/month for up to 75 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speeds
  2. Internet Essentials Plus at $29.95/month for up to 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload speeds

Program highlights:

  • No credit check
  • No installation fee
  • No equipment rental fee
  • No term contract
  • In-home WiFi included
  • 40, 1-hour sessions of free access to Xfinity WiFi hotspots every 30 days
  • Eligible households can purchase a refurbished desktop or laptop computer for $149.99 + tax
