Option 1: Oregon Lifeline Program
Made available through the State for qualifying low-income households.
- Up to a $19.25/month discount on phone service
- Up to a $21.25 discount on your high-speed internet service
- Free cell phone and data service
Option 2: Comcast Internet Essentials
An affordable, high-speed internet option made available by Comcast. There are two service levels:
- Internet Essentials at $9.95/month for up to 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Internet Essentials Plus at $29.95/month for up to 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload speeds
Program highlights:
- No credit check
- No installation fee
- No equipment rental fee
- No term contract
- In-home WiFi included
- 40, 1-hour sessions of free access to Xfinity WiFi hotspots every 30 days
- Eligible households can purchase a refurbished desktop or laptop computer for $149.99 + tax
Option 3: Affordable Connectivity Program
IMPORTANT: The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) made available through the Federal Communications Commission and administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) stopped accepting new applicants in February 2024 and all customers enrolled in ACP will stop receiving the benefit in April 2024.
