Covered entities may opt to maintain a quarterly summary report of all fuel delivered to their facility rather than maintaining the FPC on PTDs.
Quarterly summary reports must be maintained on site for inspection. Summary reports must be available 90 days after the end of the previous calendar quarter: June 30th for Q1, September 30th for Q2, January 10th for Q3 of the prior calendar year, and March 31st for Q4 of the prior calendar year.
Questions to answer and information to provide:
- What is your role for purposes of compliance with delivered fuel summary (dropdown list of roles)?
- Select your facility on the map or add to table (Some sites may have already been selected at registration).
- Will records and Delivered Fuel Summary reports be stored at this facility, at a different central location, or electronically? After selected, you will need to provide the storage location or a contact/email in case of electronic records.
- Select your immediate fuel supplier(s) or if your company offloads fuel directly from a fuel truck rack at a fuel terminal, please select the fuel terminal. (look up for database contacts/map sites and text box if there’s no match).
- If you are a preparing the delivered fuel summary report for any other entities, please select the businesses/sites covered by the summary report (N/A option okay. Map and text box used for registration).
- Sign form and attest to accuracy. Covered entities are required to attest that they are using this compliance option and will comply with the requirements.
