If you’ve ever had questions about Portland’s Home Energy Score requirements, you may have found yourself contacting the Home Energy Score help desk by phone or email. Starting in February, the help desk is now operated primarily by Earth Advantage. The City of Portland will continue to provide oversight and is still available to respond to more complex policy questions.
Earth Advantage has supported other aspects of the program over the past few years, including quality control and managing the network of assessors who deliver the scores. You can expect the same level of customer service, with routine inquiries receiving a response within two business days.
