Administrative Rule Hearing

This hearing will make permanent an interim administrative rule granting authority to the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability Director to assign a third party to handle Home Energy Score helpdesk activity. For the past year Earth Advantage has been delivering this service under an interim rule and this action makes that rule permanent.
