City Council welcomes public testimony. Members of the public must sign up in advance to testify before Council in-person or virtually.
- Registration for virtual testimony closes one hour prior to the Council meeting. The link to register is posted in the agenda for the City Council hearing by 9 a.m. the Friday before the hearing.
- In-person testifiers must sign up before the agenda item is heard.
