Request aggregate data from your utility

Information
Owners of buildings with multiple energy meters may request aggregated energy data from their utility. Find links to your utilities and request data from them.

PGE and NW Natural customers will upload a single data spreadsheet provided by the utility under one electric or natural gas meter in Portfolio Manager. Pacific Power customers will use the utility’s automated data exchange. Once set up, whole building energy use data will automatically be uploaded into your Portfolio Manager account monthly. After your request is complete, continue Step 3 of the energy reporting process.

Pacific Power

Visit Pacific Power’s website to request your electric energy use data from Pacific Power, obtain the tenant data release form, or ask questions.

Portland General Electric

Email PGE to request your PGE aggregate electric energy use data, obtain the tenant data release form, or to ask questions.

NW Natural

Visit NW Natural's website to request your NW Natural aggregate natural gas use data, obtain the tenant data release form, or ask questions.

Spreadsheets that have not been unencrypted using the instructions sent to you by the utility or computers running an incompatible version of Microsoft Office may fail to upload. If you encounter this issue, copy and paste the billing dates and usage into the Monthly Entries table, or follow these instructions for how to complete a simple spreadsheet upload.
