Navigating State and City Energy Reporting Requirements
Oregon adopted new energy performance requirements for commercial and multifamily buildings in January 2025. These are in addition to Portland’s requirements. We are working closely with the Oregon Department of Energy to align these processes, but for now, owners will need to report to both places.
