What: Learn more about the origins, evolution, and implementation of the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund from a panel of Oregon climate leaders and PCEF recipients.
When: Thursday, January 9, 6-9 p.m. Doors and info tables open at 5:30 p.m., panel begins at 6:30 p.m.
