Starting June 3, 2025, customers who use a credit or debit card to pay their sewer, stormwater, and water bill will pay a 2.95% processing fee. To avoid this fee, customers can make an electronic payment directly from their bank account. Learn more.

Now accepting proposals from qualified consultants and firms: Help build capacity for climate action in Portland

The Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) is now seeking proposals from qualified consultants and firms to serve as contracted service providers for our program. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by strengthening the infrastructure and capacity those leading the charge on climate action in our city.

We are awarding multiple 'on-call' price agreement contracts across four key service areas:

  • Financial Management Services
  • Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Human Resources Services
  • Technology and Data Management Services
  • Project Planning, Reporting, and Storytelling

If you or your firm have expertise in any of these areas and are passionate about supporting equitable climate solutions, we encourage you to apply.

The deadline to apply is May 8, 2025.
