The Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) will launch the 2025 Community Grants program cycle next week! This cycle provides $67 million in grants for: 

  • Energy efficiency and renewable energy
  • Regenerative agriculture and green infrastructure
  • Workforce and contractor development
  • Transportation decarbonization
  • And other greenhouse gas reducing projects 

The Community Grants program continues to be the cornerstone of our work at PCEF. Designed to be truly community-led, the Community Grants program funds projects that address climate change, benefit the frontline communities most impacted by it, and advance social justice. This is our commitment and our priority.
