Let us help make your vision a reality.

All it takes is an acorn of an idea.

Not every project has to be big to make an impact on our climate and our communities. The Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) Mini Grants is a quarterly grant opportunity. Grants can be up to $5,000 for projects that address racial, social, and climate justice issues.

Hop over to our Mini Grants webpage to learn more.

Mini Grants are a great way for organizations to fund a wide range of activities, including grant writing support, small projects, events, and training.

Together, we are showing the world what it looks like for climate action to be rooted in economic opportunity and racial justice. When we invest in our communities, we invest in our future.

While nonprofit organizations of all sizes are eligible to apply, small organizations who reflect and are led by PCEF priority communities will receive priority consideration.
