The Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) has opened the public comment period for the Community Grant program Request for Proposals #3 (RFP 3). This funding cycle is part of the inaugural Climate Investment Plan and is aimed at supporting planning and implementation projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve climate resiliency in ways that advance racial and social justice. The draft document provides important details about the funding levels, eligibility, review process, and scoring criteria for RFP 3. Please note that this is a draft for public comment, and the final request for proposal will be released in mid-November 2023. Public comments can be submitted by taking this survey. The deadline for submissions is 5:00 p.m. on November 9, 2023.

Why we need your feedback

The survey only takes about 5 minutes. With the adoption of the Climate Investment Plan, PCEF made some adjustments to the Community Grant program. To make this request for proposals successful, community input is important.
